• manage an educational institution
• administer the delivery of educational programmes
• design an educational environment to ensure the integrity and coherence of the content, methodology and technological support of the learning process
• study, design, administer and assess the effectiveness of managerial processes using innovative management methods
• draw up and implement the strategy of an educational institution
• ensure development and implementation of the staffing policy of an educational institution
• manage staff development and leadership training at an educational institution to ensure high quality of education and training
• use state-of-the-art economic methods of management in order to attain organisational goals
• manage the relations between an educational institution and other stakeholders

Alumni work in the following positions:

• deputy director
• head of department

Alumni are employed by institutions of general, higher and additional education or launch their own business in the sphere of education.
