Theory and Methodology of Training and Education: Management

• You will engage in a comprehensive study of the teaching and learning process and acquire a deep knowledge of educational systems and patterns
• You will obtain intensive training in using teaching methods and techniques to solve a variety of tasks across a number of spheres ranging from education and science to culture and social work
• E-learning environment is embedded in programme delivery to offer significant flexibility of your learning experience

The programme is designed to provide students with an opportunity to:

• take part in research projects and apply for grant funding in management and education studies
• obtain teaching experience during work placement (teaching internship)
• get access to research facilities of our partners both in St Petersburg and nationwide
• use distance education technology
• meet representatives of educational institutions

Alumni are prepared to:

• plan, organise and carry out research in the modern methods of teaching management disciplines
• carry out a comprehensive analysis of the teaching and learning process in a higher education institution
• develop new methods and technologies for teaching and learning management disciplines
• assess the effectiveness of methods used to teach management in a higher education institution

Our alumni work in the following positions:

• research and/or teaching position in management
• management specialist/professional in university administration
