The Faculty of Philology was founded in 1918 as a philological department of the Faculty of Humanities. Currently, it is a centre for developing teaching and learning materials for today’s educators.
Many faculty graduates go on to work in the advertising business, the mass media, and publishing houses. Some choose to work in educational institutions and libraries or social and cultural organisations.
