Dear applicants,

Registration of a personal account for online submission of documents for admission to Bachelor’s, Specialist’s and Master’s degree programmes at Herzen University is open for you.

Applications from foreign citizens and stateless persons for admission under educational contracts can be submitted from May 22 to September 29, 2023:

 – from May 22 to August 19 until 17:00 (Moscow time) from those entering Bachelor’s and Specialist’s programmes;

 – from May 22 to September 29 from applicants for Master’s degree programmes.

Bachelor’s and Specialist’s Degrees

Applications can be submitted from May 22 to August 19, 2023 until 17:00 (Moscow time)

Entrance tests, including additional entrance tests of creative and (or) professional orientation, shall be completed on August 23, 2023.

The enrolment period is from August 4 to August 30, 2023.

 Master’s Degree

Applications can be submitted from May 22 to September 29, 2023.

Entrance tests, including additional entrance tests of creative and (or) professional orientation, shall be completed on October 6, 2023.

The enrolment period is from August 4 to October 13, 2023.

Before sending your application, please prepare the documents required for admission:

• application for admission to the educational programme (the applicant submits it electronically by attaching the appropriate files in the Personal Account; the application shall be signed by a simple electronic signature);
• consent of the applicant for personal data processing (it can be generated in the Personal Account and signed by a simple electronic signature);
• photograph (uploaded in the Personal Account);
• visa invitation application form (if necessary, submitted in the Personal Account);
• copy of the document proving the identity and citizenship of the applicant. The document must be translated into Russian and certified in accordance with the established procedure;
• education certificate and appendices to it, legalized/recognized in accordance with the established procedure (depending on the country where the document is received: consular legalization / apostille / does not require legalization / certificate of recognition). The document must be translated into Russian and certified in accordance with the established procedure.

All documents must be translated into Russian and notarized.

Scans of all documents will be accepted only in the appropriate quality (clear image, readable text).

Please note that the entrance exams to the university are also held online. Admission to the selected exams will be available in your Personal Account after the documents have been checked and the application has been approved by the International Admissions officer.
