You can send your application for Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes at the Herzen State Pedagogical University.

For admission you need to register your personal account and apply online.

Access to personal account for international applicants will be available in June 20, 2025. 

Applications from international applicants for admission under educational contracts can be submitted from June 20 to September 30, 2024:

-from June 20 to August 21, 2025 (main admission)

-from September 01 to September 20, 2025 (additional admission)*.

 Enrollment is carried out till September 30, 2025.

*The University conducts additional admission for paid training on paid places on bachelor's degree programs, specialist programs, master's degree programs on all forms of education only for persons entering on the basis of a foreign state document on education.

Before sending your application, please prepare the documents required for admission:

·         application for admission to the educational programme (the applicant submits it electronically by attaching the appropriate files in the Personal Account; the application shall be signed by a simple electronic signature);

·         consent of the applicant for personal data processing (it can be generated in the Personal Account and signed by a simple electronic signature);

·         photograph (uploaded in the Personal Account);

·         visa invitation application form (if necessary, submitted in the Personal Account);

·         copy of the document proving the identity and citizenship of the applicant. The document must be translated into Russian and certified in accordance with the established procedure;

·         education certificate and appendices to it, legalized/recognized in accordance with the established procedure (depending on the country where the document is received: consular legalization / apostille / does not require legalization / certificate of recognition). The document must be translated into Russian and certified in accordance with the established procedure.

All documents must be translated into Russian and notarized.

Scans of all documents will be accepted only in the appropriate quality (clear image, readable text).

Please note that the entrance exams to the university are also held online. Admission to the selected exams will be available in your Personal Account after the documents have been checked and the application has been approved by the International Admissions officer.
